At Bhavika we believe in keeping our focus on the pulse of Consumer preferences. With this purpose in mind, our Chairman personally coordinates with the team of Designers to create an elaborate range of Garments, based on the International trends for Colors, Fabrics, Styles and Shapes.
The cutting section is equipped with the latest start of the art machineries such as automatic spreaders, band knife and vertical fabric cutters handled by highly skilled professionals ensuring all quality and security measures. We also have Fusing machines and most modern CAD systems are employed for Computerized Precision Pattern Making, Grading and Marking System.
We have the most modern machinery from Juki & Jack used in our manufacturing plants which includes sewing machines i.e. a mix of Single stitch, Double stitch, 5-thread over locks, Flat locks and a number of special operation machines which give every garment that perfect cut, corner & finish which it deserves.
We have full fledged modern Washing & Dyeing unit; which has very big capacity of Washing & Dyeing pieces daily. The units are equipped with Heavy duty washing plant, Hydro extractor, Stain removing machines and a host of other washing & dyeing equipments which ensure that our Clients get garments only with right feel & finish.
We have full fledged modern finishing unit; which has the capacity of delivering 150,000 pieces/month. The finishing unit is equipped with vacuum and steam pressing station, thread sucking machines, and a host of other finishing equipments which ensure that our clients get garments only with right feel & finish.
Our ultra modern and well equipped sampling unit caters exclusively to the sampling needs of our clients. Our highly skilled pattern masters, operators and other professionals ensure that each sample leaving the unit speaks volumes for the company’s quality and craftsmanship.
